I'm laying it out there

Okay, so I'm completely fed up with my weight. I've been upset about it for awhile, but I guess what "took the cake" was not fitting into my favorite winter coat earlier this week. I'm planning to join Weight Watchers this weekend. I have a lot of weight to lose, so I know that this isn't going to be an easy journey. But the longer I wait to start...the harder it will be.
