Well, I walked through the door at Weight Watchers, which is the first step. I was introduced to the evil scale, which read 220 pounds...exactly what I figured it would say. My first goal will be to lose 10% of my weight, which will be 22 pounds. After I reach that (198) I will choose my "ultimate goal" which is based on the WW healthy weight range chart, which goes by BMI. Since I'm so gosh darn short, mine seems unattainable at this point...117-146. I would be thrilled to get down to 150! That's what I weighed 4 years ago and I thought I looked good (even though I would still be 'overweight') according to their chart. I'll worry about setting the ultimate goal AFTER I reach the 22 pound loss.
