As Promised

Finally, here is the complete look in the dress and with my glasses on. You can't really tell what the glasses look like though since it's not a close up. Also, the frame is just on the top of the lens and not all the way around, which could have to do with it. The earrings don't show up well either. They're red dangles. I'm also in need of a hair cut so I think I look a bit shaggy! If you click on the picture, it will open it full-size, which may help a bit.

Anyway, here it is.

On a side note, I completed Week 4 yesterday and it was my best run yet! I had no pains and kept my breathing in check. At our meeting this week, we talked about how we are like the olympian athletes because we share many of the same traits....determination, perseverance, dedication, goal setting...to name a few. (Granted, I lack the whole athletic aspect but that's okay! lol....) So while running, I was repeating a little mantra to myself. As I breathed in, I said "I am" and while breathing out I said "an olympian." I said that over and over while focusing on a crack in the curb outside in front of me and before I knew it, the run was complete! You need to try it! Yes, it sounds corny, but it worked. =)

I do plan on doing Week 4 again, at least once or twice, before moving on to Week 5. I'll let you know when I venture on.

Love, love, love the ensemble!!! The specs are totally cute- the earrings, necklace, shoes, bag (way cute), the dress- it's all perfect. And you look sooo great!

About your recent gain, it's definitely easier to handle when you look at the big picture (especially on your little graph when you see that it's barely a blip on the radar). You'll be back down in no time- especially with all the running! Congrats on completing week 4.

I think you should try the Week 5 (8 min run) just to see what you can do before you repeat week 4- you might be surprised. But either way, you're making great progress.

BTW, thanks for adding me to your blogroll. You are totally my "iinspiration and motivation"! = )

I think you look fantastic - the outfit is really great.

I agree with roobabs - try week 5 before limiting yourself to week 4 again. I definitely think you can do it!!!

You look fabulous! I love the whole outfit! Don't worry about the small gain. A) it is small; B) think of everything you have accomplished, C) it could be muscle from your running! No matter what, you are still my motivation!!!!
