Even though my husband isn't "doing" WW with me, he's now lost 31 pounds since I began 19 weeks ago. I'm so proud of him! He joined the gym and is there every weekday morning around 5:30 a.m. He eats healthy meals at home and is making healthier choices at the cafeteria and often chooses fruit or wheat thins as a snack in the evening. When we go to restaurants, he still eats "bad" food but it hasn't affected his weight loss. He's doing great doing it his way!
We've now lost a combined total of 70 pounds since Nov. 10, 2007. How awesome is that?! We have a ways to go till we're both at goal, but so far we're doing fantastic!
