You're doing good things for your body (hello- all that running!), so it will pay off in the long run. Plus, I've noticed in the past couple of weeks that even though the scale isn't going down, my pants are getting looser, so I'm okay with not loosing (for now, anyway).RooBabshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17856600693796324465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6168443593520010995.post-935062829525646612008-08-30T06:00:00.000-05:002008-08-30T06:00:00.000-05:00Love the Meez! :-) I think I spent a whole stupid...Love the Meez! :-) I think I spent a whole stupid hour on that site when I made mine - but it was fun!

The scale can be a frustrating thing, I think that is especially true when you are working out. We have the whole 'muscle weighs more than fat' factor. But hang with it - you are doing great! I will always swear by measurements, but I'd still like to see the scale going down on a regular basis too!Cyndihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05169045628495142805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6168443593520010995.post-51507140194482709402008-08-29T20:02:00.000-05:002008-08-29T20:02:00.000-05:00Congrats on an awesome run!
